Celebrate the fall-season and learn how to make a classic apple pie from scratch. 

As added **optional** bonus, your group can mix and sip on an Apple Martini, as you wait for your delicious creations to rise and bake.

What you'll be making:

  • Pie Dough
  • Apple Pie Filling
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Apple Cider Whipped Cream
  • Apple Martini (optional)

Materials Needed to Fully Participate:

Dry Goods

  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbs. turbinado sugar, optional
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 oz. sour mix (or 1/2 oz. lemon juice + 1 oz simple syrup for appletini)
  • 9.5 oz. unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbs. milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream


  • 2 lemons
  • 5 Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, Fuji, or Crispin apples
  • 1/2 cup apple cider (1/4 cup for appletini)


    • 2 oz. apple vodka (for appletini)
    • Ice


    • Rolling pin

    Cancellation Policy:

    • We cannot provide refunds for events where materials have been shipped. 
    • Cancel your event for free if you provide at least a 2-week notice. 
    • Cancellations less than 2 weeks out will result in a fee of 50% of the minimum deposit amount. 

    Additional Notes:

    • If you don't know your final headcount, place a hold on your date by booking the minimum group size (10 people). We'll collect the full payment after you finalize headcount.
    • We host events on Zoom and can accommodate other platforms. 
    • We do not permit or provide event recordings. Our events are best enjoyed as live interactions.
    • If you'd like to customize your event, additional fees may apply.  


    • $420 for up to 10 people (includes cost of host/instructor only)
    • $20 per person thereafter
    • For customization, there is a $150 charge & we'll connect you with an expert to cater to your groups needs.

    Pay the minimum ($420) as a deposit at checkout & we'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your head count!
