Description

Event Description: 

In this Chinese cooking class, you will learn how to stir-fry so nothing sticks to the wok. Better, less salty, and lower in fat than the Chinese Restaurants.

Karen Lee will personally shop for each class, hand selecting each fresh, local ingredient. 

What You Will Make / Go Home With: 

Each menu will be customized based on the freshest ingredients and any group preferences/needs.

Recent dishes have included things such as:

  • Steamed Dumplings (shrimp, daikon, scallion) with Spicy Dipping Sauce
  • Diced Chicken with Shallots and Walnuts

About the Instructor: 

Karen Lee is a professional chef and culinary instructor and author. She has written several notable cookbooks, among them “The Occasional Vegetarian”. Her catering skills range from Italian to Indian cuisine.
