Event Description:
In this Chinese cooking class, you will learn how to stir-fry so nothing sticks to the wok. Better, less salty, and lower in fat than the Chinese Restaurants.
Karen Lee will personally shop for each class, hand selecting each fresh, local ingredient.

Each menu will be customized based on the freshest ingredients and any group preferences/needs.

- Steamed Dumplings (shrimp, daikon, scallion) with Spicy Dipping Sauce

About the Instructor:
Karen Lee is a professional chef and culinary instructor and author. She has written several notable cookbooks, among them “The Occasional Vegetarian”. Her catering skills range from Italian to Indian cuisine.
