Event Description: 

In this healthy cooking class, you will use organic vegetables, fruits, grains, eggs and nuts that are both healthier and tastier.

Karen Lee will personally shop for each class, hand selecting each ingredient. She interviews every peach. As a result the quality of ingredients used in class are the very best available in New York City, and the resulting dinner or lunch is as delicious as it is healthy. 

What You Will Make / Go Home With: 

Each menu will be customized based on the freshest ingredients and any group preferences/needs.

About the Instructor: 

Karen Lee is a professional chef and culinary instructor and author. She has written several notable cookbooks, among them “The Occasional Vegetarian”. Her catering skills range from Italian to Indian cuisine.
