Event Description: 

Jukebox Bingo is a brand new version of an old favorite– it's bingo, but where traditional numbers are replaced by popular songs! Combined with mini game-show style competitions involving music trivia and karaoke, the end result is a healthy dose of musical mayhem, proving that bingo isn't just for little old ladies anymore! THIS is Bingo with a Beat! So whether you grew up listening to 8-tracks, cassette tapes, CDs, or mp3s, this game's got your groove!

Event Itinerary: 

1. The game consists of three rounds of music-themed Bingo, plus four separate game-show style challenges (Random Fandom Moments) thrown into the mix at various times. Participants are each given a number before the event begins to use for the Random Fandoms.
2. In Round One: Song Titles, players receive Bingo cards with song titles in the spaces. Our host will play songs at random. Players must first identify the song, then look to their cards to see if they have a match. The first person to get five matches in a row in any direction on their card shouts "BINGO!"
3. Next comes Random Fandom Moment #1: (Name That Tune). Our host will hand out buzzers to each Random Fandom contestant. Our host will then play a snippet of a song from one of our databases, and the first of the three contestants to buzz in and name the correct song title wins!
4. Next comes Round Two: Artists' Names. Game play is the same as Round One, except that each Bingo card will have Artists' Names in the spaces.
5. In the MIDDLE of Round Two, the host will interrupt things for Random Fandom Moment #2: (Singo Bingo). Our host will say the name of a song title, and whoever buzzes in first must SING the chorus of that song.
6. At the END of Round Two comes Random Fandom Moment #3: (General Music Trivia). Our host will ask a general music trivia question and the first person to buzz in and answer correctly wins. If a player answers incorrectly, the other two players have a chance to buzz in. First player to answer correctly wins!
7. In Round Three: Decades, play is the same as rounds one and two, except that each Bingo card will be broken down into five columns of Decades: (60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s through today). Our host will play songs at random from our Round Three song database, and players must correctly identify it to see if they have a match on their cards. First person to shout "BINGO!" and correctly get five matches in a row wins a prize!
8. In the MIDDLE of Round Three, the host will once again interrupt things for Random Fandom Moment #4: Title Triviaoke. Our host will provide players with a trivia question in which the answer is always the title of a song– the twist is, the player must SING the song title in order to win the prize! If they don't sing it, or if they sing the wrong title, the other players have a chance to buzz in and win.
