Description

Join our chef to make pasta from scratch! Your group will make and knead a class pasta dough, hand shape pappardelle pasta and create a marinara and pesto sauce from scratch. At the end your group will enjoy delicious handmade pasta. 

Materials Needed to Fully Participate:

(Get materials shipped to participants with our all-inclusive pasta making workshop.)

  • All-purpose flour
  • Semolina flour (or all purpose flour)
  • Salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 14-oz. can San Marzano tomatoes
  • Pine nuts (or pistachios, almonds, sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds)
  • Olive oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 1 cup ground Parmesan
  • ½ medium yellow onion
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme (or ½ tsp. dried thyme)
  • 1 bunch basil leaves
  • 1 fork
  • Rolling pin or pasta machine
  • Baking sheet
  • Large pot for cooking pasta
  • Colander or spider strainer
  • Chef’s knife
  • Cutting board
  • Saucepan
  • Wooden spoon
  • Rubber spatula
  • 1 bench scraper or bowl scraper (optional)
  • Food processor, blender, or mortar and pestle (optional)

Cancellation Policy:

  • We cannot provide refunds for events where materials have been shipped. 
  • Cancel your event for free if you provide at least a 2-week notice. 
  • Cancellations less than 2 weeks out will result in a fee of 50% of the minimum deposit amount. 

Additional Notes:

  • If you don't know your final headcount, place a hold on your date by booking the minimum group size (10 people). We'll collect the full payment after you finalize headcount.
  • We host events on Zoom and can accommodate other platforms. 
  • We do not permit or provide event recordings. Our events are best enjoyed as live interactions.
  • If you'd like to customize your event, additional fees may apply.  

Pricing

  • $395 for up to 10 people (includes cost of host/instructor. If you'd like us to provide materials, book here
  • $20 per person thereafter
  • If you don't know your group size, select "I don't know" in the group size field to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount
  • If you're booking multiple events or for a group over 50, contact us for custom staffing and pricing.
