Description

In this live online crash course you will learn how to make fresh pizza from scratch from the comfort of your own home! 

Your Group Will:

  • Make and roll pizza dough
  • Add the toppings of your choice
  • Bake pizza to perfection
  • Eat delicious, home made pizza

Materials Needed to Participate Fully: 

(Get ingredients shipped with our all inclusive option)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Bread Flour (for crisp crust) or All Purpose Flour (for softer crust)
  • 1/2 cup semolina flour or bread or all purpose flour
  • 2 packets active dry yeast or 1 Packet of Instant Yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 1 14 oz. can San Marzano tomatoes or any 14 oz. crushed tomatoes
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • Salt
  • Cheese of your choice (shredded or fresh mozzarella, Parmesan, soy, etc.)
  • Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, sausage, artichokes, olives, etc.)

Tools

  • Bowl and wooden spoon or stand mixer with hook attachment
  • Blender, hand blender, or food processor (or chef’s knife and cutting board)
  • Pizza stone or cookie sheet
  • Chef’s knife and cutting board
  • Metal spatula and tongs or pizza peel
  • Small saucepan

Shipping Deadlines & Terms:

  • US addresses must be submitted 2 weeks before event. 
  • International addresses must be submitted 3 weeks before event. 
  • Additional costs may apply to expedited or international shipments.
  • Any shipment containing wine or alcohol must be signed for by recipient.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We cannot provide refunds for events where materials have been shipped. 
  • Cancel your event for free if you provide at least a 2-week notice. 
  • Cancellations less than 2 weeks out will result in a fee of 50% of the minimum deposit amount. 

Additional Notes:

  • If you don't know your final headcount, place a hold on your date by booking the minimum group size (10 people). We'll collect the full payment after you finalize headcount.
  • We host events on Zoom and can accommodate other platforms. 
  • We do not permit or provide event recordings. Our events are best enjoyed as live interactions.
  • If you'd like to customize your event, additional fees may apply.  

Pricing

  • $30 per person (minimum $300)
  • Get materials included for an additional $75 per person
  • If you don't know your group size, select "up to 10" to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount.
  • If you're booking multiple events or for a group over 25, contact us for custom staffing and pricing.
