It was great! Never made croissants before and thought it would be hard. The class made it easy to try a difficult recipe and mine turned out perfectly on the first try!

Loved it! I feel like I am a pro at croissant making. I have the confidence to continue on making them again and again.

The Croissant making class was great! Evie was clear with her instructions and patient when participants needed more time or had questions. Would highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this class and it took away my fear of making croissants. There were several recipes that were added to the chat which we now don’t have access to. That’s a little disappointing.

Chef Eve and the Croissant Making class was great! I had made croissants myself for the first time several months ago and they weren't amazing so I was looking for tips and tricks on how to make them better. This course provided me with that information and they croissants came out great. Looking forward to perfecting the recipe and perhaps trying another course with Chef Eve! Would love to try my hand at a Choux Pastry course if offered.

She was great. But it was FAST and if you got behind, you had to scramble to catch up. Not sure that you can make it any easier but to have everything ready in order that it will be needed in the order it will be needed. I didn't expect to heat butter in a pan to go with my yeast so never got the 2 tbs butter in the dough. I think the almond croissant part is too much. An additional 10 minutes in the beginning would help and the waiting time could be used to address questions. She definitely knows what she is doing and I would take a class again!

Loved how much was covered...croissants, monkey bread, almond filling, strawberry jam. Instructions were easy to follow.

This was such a fun class. I have wanted to try my hand at croissants for a long time but the recipe and work involved has always been intimidating. With KellyAnn’a expertise guiding us through this process, I feel confident that I can recreate these many times to the point where they will become one of our household favorites!
Nelrae S.
The instructor did a great job explaining things. I liked that she had issues with her dough so she could show us how to fix it and not get stressed about every little detail. Lots of good information.

I enjoyed taking the class. The instructors were able to answer my questions if I thought I missed something. The croissant and pain au chocolat was awesome, its flakiness is close to what my husband and I used to have in our favorite boulangerie in France. I cant wait for my next class (pate a choux).

I have also sent this via email: First of all, Eve was not the instructor. Apparently it was an apprentice, since Eve was online with us. The recipe and instructions did not match what the instructor was saying and several kept correcting her. First comment..It said 'active dry yeast'....put that takes longer for it to work. She used instant yeast so she was way ahead of those of us with what we were told to have. switching back and forth between mixer and by hand just was difficult. One lady was smart and had her yeast prepared in advance and perhaps that would be a good thought from now on. Second comment I would have is to have everyone make that butter filling in advance and have in the freezer/refrig. It says room temp butter-and then she said, well it should be cold, quick put it in the refrig or freezer. Well...it didn't get cold enough before she was moving on to the next step which then turned out to be very messy. Perhaps the whole first step could be done in advance. And since we didn't have 30 min in between...things had to go into the freezer. My freezer/kitchen was a disaster after this! I finally quit after the first roll out and cut and went to bed -at 10:30. got up in the morning to roll and cut the other half...and to let rise. the ones that had been in the refrig overnight never rose, and the ones I did that morning did some... Most disappointing were that these croissants were thick and heavy not flaky and nice like the ones you buy at a bakery. I was very disappointed in the whole event...and with the results. Sorry... I am a baker. Have been all of my many years. Many of the other people said theirs didn't rise either. one lady did have great success and loved them. I saw in the comments section a question 'if you didn't fold as many times is that ok..like do one fold and then book'..Eve answered yes and I'd like to know if that would make them flakier. I have never seen a chocolate croissant like these. With all the layers they were dense...not light. Very disappointing. Marcie Roggow

The instructor was very knowledgeable and calm, kind and patient. The timing allotted for all the directions was perfect. The end product was yummy!

The class was good, though it felt a bit disorganized.... there were a few time that the instructor gave us wrong information. I have been baking for a long time and I can follow recipes fairly well but our Doug need it to be in the freezer 25 minutes. However, our instructor was going way too fast and I think most of the class ran behind. I think for your next class you should have the Doug prepare with the butter in the freezer for 25 minutes and make the strawberry jam Andreu take the Doug out to be out rolled again the be put it in the freezer and then do the almond paste. I think the monkey bread was a bonus but I wish we would’ve spent more time making our croissants. I do have to say that her instructor was very nice and I felt that maybe she was new at this, I think that she really does know what she’s doing and I think with time she will become fantastic. I will be signing up for the bagel class and maybe the donut class.

Loved the small class size, and the ability to interact with the instructor. My croissants turned out great, as did the almond filling. I can't wait to make them again.

This class was amazing! Eva was so easy to follow, and she was really patient with all of the questions. I was amazed at how beautiful and delicious my croissants were. My boyfriend is French and he said that I could sell them in France, they are that good.
Debbie O.
Absolutely wonderful excellent teacher thank you
Paula S.
The class was very well-organized. Eve was able to trouble-shoot along the way as well as check-in with each student during the various steps. It helps to have your ingredients pre-measured in order to keep up with the pace of the class. My croissants turned out beautifully!

Me and my daughter enrolled in this class and we learned a lot. Our family loved the croissants that we made with the strawberry jam.Eve is a great teacher.

Was a very enjoyable course. Eva was excellent and very encouraging and patient! The class does move quickly though and I think if the class could finish the last turn on the dough the first day and then the next day finish everything off in a 2 hour class I personally feel it would be better but the class would need to start around noon so the west coast people would not have to get up at the crack of dawn.
Constance B.
Eve was a wonderful host/teacher! She led us through every step and checked in on us individually along the way with encouragement and helpful tips. My daughter and I participated together and had a blast. We were always intimidated by croissants, but feel much more confident about our croissant-making skills now. Thank you!

I got more out of YouTube which is in the way this class should’ve been taught it was very frustrating and the teacher didn’t answer my questions when I type them and you can tell she was frustrated to
Gayle N.

Eve was full of great advice had many things for us to do while we waited for our dough to be ready to work. My croissants seemed a bit heavy before baking, but to my delight they turned out light and delicious!
Lindsey W.
Eve was so helpful and thorough! She answered all of our questions promptly and made sure we felt comfortable. She was so nice and the croissants were a big hit!
