Description

Relax and create together with our classic Paint & Sip event! Everyone will receive a bottle of wine and an acrylic painting kit, learn the techniques to paint a beautiful image of your choosing, and then toast to a fun and relaxing event! It's easy, fun, and totally stress-free. An event designed for beginners, this activity has something for all skill levels.

You will select from our catalog of images (https://coursehorse.com/painting-selections-private-event) or send your own photograph or artwork you'd like the group to paint. 

What your group will do:

  • Your instructor will guide you step by step through the process so that even the most novice painters will walk away with new skills, and a beautiful piece of art!
  • Sip wine
  • Bond with your teammates
  • End the event with a beautiful painting!

What's Included: 

  • A private, interactive workshop led by a professional artist and instructor.
  • Access to our event fulfillment team
    • After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and zoom details for the event
    • We will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a painting kit and a bottle of wine
    • Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event
  • All materials shipped to each participant, including: 
    • acrylic paints
    • canvas
    • brushes
    • palette
    • wooden easel 
    • A bottle of wine

Supported Platforms: Zoom is our recommended platform but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details

Shipping Deadlines & Terms:

  • US addresses must be submitted 2 weeks before event. 
  • Additional costs may apply to expedited shipments.
  • Any shipment containing wine or alcohol must be signed for by recipient. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • We cannot provide refunds for events where materials have been shipped. 
  • Cancel your event for free if you provide at least a 2-week notice. 
  • Cancellations less than 2 weeks out will result in a fee of 50% of the minimum deposit amount. 
  • Rescheduling requests less than 48 hours before the event will result in a $150 rescheduling fee.

Additional Notes:

  • If you don't know your final headcount, place a hold on your date by booking the minimum group size. We'll collect the full payment after you finalize the headcount.
  • You can customize your event for a $150 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization
  • Get a Demo: Not convinced? Book a 20-minute demo of this event for $100 before committing to it for your group.  

Pricing

  • $1,000 for up to 10 people
  • $100 per person thereafter
  • If you don't know your group size, select the minimum group size (10) to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount.

  4. On the day of your event, you'll have a blast!
