Description
This event covers 2 wines & 2 cheeses and you'll cover all the basics to tasting through some delectable pairings!
No experience or familiarity with wine is required. Participants will have the option to taste along with the instructor, get and give live feedback, and ask any questions!

After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and zoom details for the event
We will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent wine & cheese
Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event
2 bottles of wine shipped to each participant, including: French Sauvignon Blanc, Argentinian Malbec
2 cheeses from Murray's Cheese including: French Goat Cheese, Sharp Cheddar
Supported Platforms: Zoom is our recommended platform but we can accomodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details
Shipping Deadlines & Terms:
- US addresses must be submitted 2 weeks before the event.
- Additional costs may apply to expedited shipments.
- Any shipment containing wine or alcohol must be signed for by the recipient.
- We cannot provide refunds for events if the materials have already been shipped
- Cancel your event for free if you provide at least a 2-week notice.
- Cancellations less than 2 weeks out will result in a fee of 50% of the minimum deposit amount.
- Rescheduling requests 48 hours or less before the event will result in a $150 rescheduling fee.
- If you don't know your final headcount, place a hold on your date by booking the minimum group size. We'll collect the full payment after you finalize the headcount.
- You can customize your event for a $150 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization

- $950 for up to 10 people
- $95 per person thereafter
- If you don't know your group size, select the minimum group size (10) to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount.

I was tasked to find a food and/or beverage experience for my team that would fit within a budget of $100/person.
1. Most of the other events I looked at would advertise $90-$95/per person, but when I would go to book the event, addition fees would be added that would make the actual price closer to $120/person, and then additional fees were added for delivery. CourseHorse fees were all upfront so that the price per person that was listed was accurate and covered everything.
2. My team voted for wine or cheese tasting. This course allowed me to combine both preferences into one. In addition, I have one team member who does not drink alcohol. I was able to incorporate a sparkling wine option for her. This was the only virtual even that I found that would offer a non alcoholic option for a wine tasting, so it allowed me to be inclusive. The rep really worked with me to make sure that this was added in my package and adjusted the price accordingly.
3. I was able to get a rep on the phone and reach out to her several times as questions arose prior to scheduling the event.
4. Every time I needed additional information from an itemized receipt to tracking numbers, it was provided in a timely fashion.
5. My team enjoyed the experience and the facilitator.
6. There were other courses through CourseHorse that I would like a chance to come back and explore in the future. Based off of this experience, it makes me even more excited to partner with CourseHorse again.
