I can't believe I made bagels.
As a novice this was very challenging but Eve was very comforting and she was able to help all of us who were on different levels.
We also made roasted garlic.
My bagels were delicious and devour that day.
Thank you Course Horse for giving me the opportunity to explore and eat.

Our bagels turned out delicious! This was my second course with Eve and it was even better than the first. Her pacing was perfect and easy to follow. Also, I’m a new fan of Everything Seasoning for bagels. I’m going to make these bagels again!

Had a lot of fun and got some good bagels out of it! They’re super tasty and it’s not actually that hard to do (I was nervous because I normally only bake cookies)
