Guillermo was very precise in his instruction and very oriented towards teaching us the details of developing good knife skills He did not gloss over anything , each step was significant He gave out lots of tips snd lots of technique It was an hour well spent and in addition, he saved time for questions at the end which I appreciated

Super helpful class that covers the basics of kitchen knife skills. The instructor answers everyone's questions, is willing to repeat demonstrations if asked. Obviously not the same experience as it'd be in person, but didn't miss too much of a beat with it being an online class

Great introduction to a variety of knife skills and techniques. Hands on experience applying the skills to a variety of vegetables. Chef Guillermo did a fantastic job.
