I didn’t know what to expect, but this was such a great class and I learned so much in a quick hour! I’m buying this for my mom for her upcoming birthday and would highly recommend for all amateur cooks!

The instructor was very easy to follow. But the class taught very basic skills only. I wish it covered different types of knives, their uses, and show more than cutting just vegetables.

This class was a perfect combination of instruction, demonstration, explanation and safety. Chef also was very cognizant of my pace, and was open to questions during and after. Looking forward to practicing what I learned. I loved it!

It was a short (1 hour) but really informative lesson on the skills essential to working in a kitchen. Of course, it would be preferable to have it in person, but by zoom was not bad! Braveaux!
