Teacher is great but there was simply too much material to cover in the 2 hours! Should be a 3-4 he course. The pace made it a bit stressful.

Instructor was very kind! I think it was too advanced for us even though we’re pretty great home cooks. I think focusing on one dumpling filling, the dough and crimping style would have been better suited for us. Things felt fast paced, lots of info to remember, and it made it hard to focus on making one style
of dumpling great.

Eve has a great personality and was a wonderful instructor. I am so happy I took this class. She is obviously a very skilled chef and taught us a lot of skill. I look forward to continuing to learn from her.

It was a great class. The instructor was a good teacher and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to adapt any ingredients people wanted or needed. The only reason I gave it four out of five stars and not five is that the class should be twice as long at least. There was so much information and preparation with a vegetable filling, a pork filling, making the dumpling wrappers, folding them and going over 3 different cooking methods. The teacher did stay in for as long as people needed to help. It should probably be a 4 hour or 2 part class so that the students can practice the techniques and processes the information. It could even be a whole series. The dumplings were fantastic and my whole family was happy, omnivores and vegetarians.

The host was wonderful however 2 hours was not enough time and as the class started at 6pm we didnt eat until 9pm which was too late. If the class was 4pm-7 it would have been 5 stars.

This class was really fun and the dumplings were delicious. The instructor was excellent, answered all questions and helped each person as they needed.

Wow, the dumplings were so delicious! I didn’t know what to expect but I learned so much and I will be making these again. This was my second class with Chef Eve and she is really awesome and knows so much!
For a novice in the kitchen like me, the class was fast-paced but you do receive the instructions so you can fine tune and continue on your dumpling journey. A+
