Virtual Dumpling Making was a great class. Chef Eve is very informative and gives a lot of helpful tips while keeping the class fun and low-key. Plus, now I have lots of delicious dumplings in my freezer to continue enjoying!

I love Chef Eve’s classes! Amazing that she can cover so much in the timeframe. Recipes are always delish/excellent! I would suggest participants plan ahead and review recipes, ingredient and tools needed lists well before classtime. I would also suggest that you plan to repeat the class instructions on your own time (maybe the next day.)

Chef Eve delivered a set of delicious dumplings and provided detailed instructions for how to make them. My husband and I picked up quite a few good cooking tips.

Wow! We really enjoyed the class and dumplings. I wasn't sure what to expect during COVID Zoom class, but it was really nice. I will totally make the dumplings again.
