Great teacher and class.I am a beginner cook so it was a bit too fast paced for me.. maybe have separate beginner classes? But Eva was wonderful!

I did this class with my daughters. We were suppose to be in different locations but ended up in my kitchen! The class moved fast, but there was time for questions and the outcome was amazing!
I would definitely recommend this class to others. Make sure you have everything needed washed, out and easy to grab!
We are going to continue with other classes as a way to get together as we all live in different states.

Liked the instructor. She answered all questions, checked on everyone’s progress, and offered tips when necessary (such as adding more flour when the dough was too sticky).

The dumplings were awesome. The instructor gave easy to follow directions and suggested substitutions for ingredients which was helpful.
