This was a fantastic class. Chef Simon Herfray was the instructor and he did a wonderful job walking us through every step, answering all of our questions and was incredibly patient. Would take another class with Chef Simon in a heartbeat.

Chef Eve is remarkable. Clear instructions, intelligently presented with the added bonus of explanations on how ingredients interact. She is obviously enjoying her role and made me feel as if I were her only student.

The instructor did a great job explaining things. I liked that she had issues with her dough so she could show us how to fix it and not get stressed about every little detail. Lots of good information.
